  Lived here almost two months now and it’s been wonderful. The apartment itself is nice and well maintained inside as well as the grounds outside. The complex is quiet and the neighbors are all nice as well. When a maintenance ticket is put in it has been addressed and resolved quickly. Sal was our leasing agent and he was very helpful and kind throughout the process as well as responding quickly to us every time. I have nothing bad to say about living here it has been so nice to live somewhere so peaceful

  Marie is a consistently positive presence at Riverbend! She is helpful, personable, conscientious, and responsive. She works hard to make sure that our development is well maintained and held to a high standard. RiverBend works best under her supervision. So happy to have her as part of our community!

  I love Riverbend so much that I moved back here a second time. It's always felt like home, and the sense of community with neighbors who look out for you makes me feel safe. The grounds are always nicely landscaped, the pool is a highlight during the summer, and any repairs or service requests I've submitted are taken care of within a day. I'm very happy here! Also love Marie and Sal - a great and responsive management team!

  I’ve had a great experience living at Riverbend at Wappingers Falls. The community is well maintained, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff is always professional and responsive. Any maintenance requests have been handled promptly, and the amenities are kept in excellent condition. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home, and I would highly recommend Riverbend to anyone looking for a quality apartment community.
