  The property manager Sarah says they only accept guarantors for full-time students. Don't waste your time! Edit: Sarah replied back to my email and said my reply & review seem "blown out of proportion" considering our brief communication. It is clear that this company's policies are out of proportion with today's realities, so I'll gladly amend my review to include her reply.

  Will try and charge you even after you leave. People make a bunch of noise here and management doesn't do anything about it. They take forever to fix things in your apartment and the halls are always dirty. Now they are raising rent. Glad I got out when I did!

  My grandmother has been in this building for years. We can’t wait to get her out of the there. It’s always so dirty in the hall. Management doesn’t seem to care about much other than getting the rent. Wouldn’t recommend you move there. Rising rent prices. It’s definitely not worth it.
