  This place is amazing!!! Michele our office manager is so pleasant and funny!! The apartments are very roomy and quiet. Close to shopping and the highway. We love living here.

  Excellent manager and maintenance crew. Very responsive and caring. We have lived here over 2 years and plan to stay many more. We couldn't be happier!

  I absolutely fell in love with this property however they sold me a dream, ran my credit and then told me that the apartment that I wanted wasn't available when it came time for me to move in. Keep in mind I was looking for an apartment in March of 2024 with a move-in date of September 2024. At the time they told me that the Kensington wasn't available but there were some that were going to be coming open. They ran my credit and cited something that was not on my credit to exclude me, but when I challenged them they stated I qualified. As my move-in date drew closer the complex claimed the preferred unit wasn't available. They ran my credit in March where I feel shouldn't have been processed if the unit wasn't available. The disrespectful part is the inquiry dropped my credit 40 points which had a negative impact on future applications. Secondly, they never offered an option to select n available unit which led me to believe my permanent tan was a factor. I saw one resident of my complexion who seemed excited about the possibility of me moving in, but it never came to fruition. I wasn't going to address this issue, but figured people need to know so there is accountability for how they treat black applicants. Fortunately for me I was able to move into an apartment that was erected in 2024, where I am the first to reside here and the amenities are comparable to any apartment in Rensselaer county. Again the view at the Ridge is amazing and just like my current residence access to shopping and other necessities are within one mile of the property. Although the property is well maintained with scenic views, keep in mind that you may be subjected to discriminatory practices to deter your ethnicity from living there.
