  I’ve been here for 10 days and this has honestly been one of the worst move-in experiences I’ve ever had. The unit I was shown looked nothing like the apartment I moved into. When I arrived, the place was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned after the last tenant. The refrigerator had caked-on food, mold, hair, rust, and even a bug inside. The stove was covered in old food, buildup, and mold/fungus — completely unsafe to cook on. The entire apartment had dirt, cobwebs, and dust throughout, along with a strong cigarette smell. The bathroom floor is peeling with cracked tiles, and the seal around the tub has visible mold. My child doesn’t even feel comfortable using the bathtub, and I don’t blame her. I reported these issues and was told they were “resolved,” but they were not. I’m now having to deep clean and figure things out myself just to make the space livable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to thoroughly inspect the actual unit before moving in, not just the showroom.
