  DO NOT TRUST THIS BUILDER. They will take your money, and forget about you entirely once you take possession of the home. They do not stand behind their work. Any issues you may have get immediately referred out to their attorneys and never get resolved. They operate through intimidation, stalling, and ignoring.

  First off I have to say that I am a Contactor so I do notice more than some people. The overall landscape and layout is Beautiful, but when you start looking at the details there is a lot to be desired for Townhouses that start in the Mid 500k range. The unit that I am working in was over 800k. Just in the unit I am working in I have found most of the base moulding filled with Caulk and Cracking already at most seams (homeowner is not even fully moved in yet & the home is Brand New). I found an air duct that was placed all the way to the air handler and never even hooked up, some of the Door gaps are Atrocious and the list keeps going on. I would have to say that is what you get when everthing is put out to the Lowest Bidder... Very sad considering the price.
