  Good Experiance with Ciara Will look in future to live here , unfortunately a issue and couldnt live here which was disappointing, but Ciara was very nice and said if I ever wanted to apply again to contact again The neighborhood is very nice With lots of things to do such as the movies and proctors theater Seems decent for the price the unit I toured

  Stay far away from this apartment building. Everything is always breaking. It’s not a secured building. The maintenance guys can’t seem to fix anything. The washers in the building have been broken over a month. People scream all night long in this building. They will charge you 275 for being one day late on rent.

  i’m a verified apartment owner my lease ends within the next month (july 2024) the neighbors are awful management though is the main issue. any issue persisting things they can’t see they don’t take care of nor responsibility. they think because they sit in a office they know how life goes in the apartments. today i found human feces on the wall outside my apartment. i’ve reported my neighbors to police numerous times but never got any updates on any form of issues until police and I basically forced them and bugged them (sheriff told me he called management multiple times to no prevail) the only reason to live here is to essentially give up on life and end it because the past 1 year has been nothing but awful events and situations with nobody taking responsibility and all of said responsibility pushed towards me which is false. i’ve tried maintaining respectful relationships with management to tell the exact truth of these events and situations to no help and to not be listened to until it’s gotten worse then it ever needed to.if you think to move here please think other the people who run this place are no smarter than a bunch of corporate zombies willing to do anything but take credibility for the things they’ve done.0/5 0/10 0% would NOT recommend this place to anyone even if you are homeless stay away. i rather live on the streets then this place and that’s genuine

  I had my tour,my inquiries were to see a studio,but instead I was shown a small little basement apt that seemed even too small for my little pup,& also they are not dog friendly.The apt was outdated and a visible water pipe can visually be seen running through walls.So I'm 100 % person sure that beasement was poorly renovated and tackily forced into a bedroom..it was terrible looking

  I've moved into the Edison Apartments in Schenectady Jan 2018 due to my job. I was brand new to the Upstate, NY area and did not know a soul. I used the app Zillow and came across a Studio posting at the Edison Apartments sister property. The sister property immediately connected me to the Edison property and I received a phone call right away. One of the property mangers Jill Ferrara has been EXCELLENT help with me from day one! Since I was moving from a different state over 3 & 1/2 hours away, coming to view the apartment was extremely tough between Jill and I's schedule. However she and I made it work and thanks to today's technology I was able to view the apartment though FaceTime. This was a first for the both of us and we made it work. The studio I was interested in needed a lot of renovations and I was willing to wait. The Unit was truly worth the wait. Hardwood floors, ceiling fan, multiple windows which made for great natural lighting, great size tube, 2 closets (a women's dream come true!) and overall a great space for a single individual. As a result Jill and her team made sure my residence at the apartment was nothing short of comfortable, safe, and clean! As of August 2019 my job required me to move again, this time the notice was very short and it didn't give me much time to prep. Anyone who knows and travels for work understands when assigned a different territory you must go. Jill worked with me very well to make the transition for both of us moved smoothly. Communication was very key! As a tenant who not only was breaking their lease but also gave very short notice, Jill maintained a very high level of professionalism with me. She could of easily of gotten frustrated, but understood my work profession and things such as my situation does happen. Overall, Jill is one of a kind. In the beginning of getting to know each other we discovered we had the same birthday. Instantly a warming and good vibe was given off! I highly recommend anyone local or far to do business with the Edison Apartments Property Mangers, especially Jill! Thanks Jill and team!
