  Well, a five rating is pushing it. So let's go with 4. They are warm and wonderful in the beginning but if something goes off their radar, they avoid and disappear fast. Professionalism is about the complete cycle of a home sale, not simply their way of doing things. Yes, easy to sell in Scarsdale, but the Market has tightened greatly. Shop around for brokers. Do your homework. Certain brokers here are off the charts, both good and bad. Remember, if a broker does not sell your home for the best reasons that it can sell, then the brokers are going through the motions. So typical of this place, sorry to say. The overall picture is, they do a decent job, but nothing special.
