  I moved into this apartment complex earlier this year and realized not long after that there was a roach issue. I was given only a few days’ notice—on Thursday—that a pest treatment would be taking place the following Monday, requiring all residents and animals to vacate the apartment. My pet has kidney disease, so this required additional planning and precautions. Because of the extremely short notice, I ultimately had to call out of work to make arrangements for him. What was especially frustrating was how vague the information about the treatment was. We were told that everyone and all animals needed to be out for at least three hours, but were given very little information about what type of treatment would be performed or what products would be used. We pay $1,600 a month to live here, which is far too much to be dealing with pest issues, late notices, and inadequate communication about something directly involving our living space and health. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here and honestly can’t wait for my lease to be over.

  Don't move here if you're hoping to get your security deposit back. I've been asking about my security deposit for two months now, I kept calling and they said it would be delivered to their office and was told a few weeks ago it was already delivered to an address they couldn't tell me because they didn't have access to the information anymore. Well I had them send a new one to their office and it's been yet another almost month of silence. Truly terrible service and I keep calling and they keep saying they're working on it.

  Quiet place in a great neighborhood. Love a good balcony, especially with the view of the courtyard, which is one of my favorite parts about the place. As has been my previous experience with Burns Management, the maintenance staff is incredible. So timely and kind. They respond very quickly and keep the property in great shape, inside and out. 30 min walk from Caroline st and a 5 min drive downtown. No complaints!
