  I have lived here at The Springs for 7 years and have loved all of them! The grounds are always well maintained, beautiful green in the summer and well plowed in the winter. The neighborhood is very friendly as well. The staff is always ready to help and very attentive to any requests needed. The apartments are very spacious as well. The resident perk program is a bonus to enjoying the community here. The location can't be beat we are close enough to everything that Saratoga has to offer or you can travel North for beautiful Lake George! You won't be disappointed with all there is to enjoy within and close to the community here at The Springs!

  The maintenance staff and leasing office is incredibly helpful. They are fun and friendly. The apartments are conveniently located.

  Look no further on your apartment search! I have lived at The Springs for two years. I have never stayed in an apartment this long in all of the cities i've lived in between here and California. You know how they say you get what you pay for? Well, the staff, utilities included, security, and quality all make it well worth it. The apartments are beautifully constructed and are very much like home. However the main draw in living at The Springs is how attentive and pleasant the staff is, both the maintenance and the entire office crew. They are always immediately available when you reach out. I have never been more pleased with how a leasing office is run before here. They are one heck of a well oiled machine. It makes for a very worry free and safe atmosphere living wise, knowing you will always be heard. Cheers!

  I love living here! I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The leasing and management team put the tenants first and respond quickly to any of your needs. They always have events going on whether that’s a movie night on the lawn or a social meetup event. One of the best parts of living here is the guest suite they offer for your family and friends. It’s a fully furnished two bedroom suite that you can rent for your guests. I’ve looked at other apartments in the area and none of them I’ve been to have offered this amenity. The best part about the Springs is you really don’t need to leave the complex. They have a barber, tailor, dry cleaner, daycare, restaurant, dog groomer, hair salon, nail salon, insurance agency , physical therapy and workout studio. At this point you should just stop reading the review and give the rental office a call for a tour!

  The Springs apartments are beautiful. They are very spacious and bright. With big windows and spacious living areas these apartments create a relaxed feeling from first walking in. The kitchen for the two bedrooms have a dark granite counters that compliment updated dark cabinets. Moving into The Springs has a been a comfortable and easy experience. From the first call, to touring the apartment, and eventually moving in the leasing office made it super easy. Everyone on staff at the leasing office is so nice and helpful especially Christan! The community is very relaxed, and with store fronts including a restaurant, hair salon, and nail studio all within walking distance to the apartments.
