The front office staff and maintenance team are friendly and helpful. A great place to live! + location is prime. We are very happy.

I cannot count the number of times they have tried to enter our unit without permission, or done subpar work where the item re-breaks shortly after, resulting in constant return visits. Multiple neighbors have directly voiced these exact same complaints to us, particularly regarding unannounced entries into female-occupied units. As women with kids, experiencing this repeatedly is a major reason we are leaving as soon as our lease ends.

Didn’t move my car cause I’m not cleared and they towed it for minor snow removal. Now I am trying to get someone to go get my car AND pay for the fees. We also let the office know I was having this surgery.
