- WPWilliam PhillipsMay 19, 20255.0Fantastic apartment community to live in! The property management team is great! I am looking forward to extending my lease.
- DGDeborah GrantFeb 18, 20255.0We have been extremely surprise by the maintenance crew here. They respond within the same day and are more than happy to take care of the issue.
- LLLetty LifeNov 28, 20242.0I lived there for 15 months. I caution anyone considering for the following reason… 1. Overpriced for what you getting 2 no management on site and internal hallways and elevators (not vacuum or dusted for long periods of time) and other common areas not cleaned. There are no cleaning staff just maintenance. 3. Small workout area and no club house or pool …just walking paths 4. noise level outside of apartments can be loud (police comes periodically) 5. Many of my appliances had to be replaced or repaired because they were old 6. The management team are not responsive and I had to email corporate several occasions to get responses. This is my biggest complaint!!!! 7. There is a mold problem in some apartments. Proceed with caution. There are many other apartments available with better service , well maintained and competitively priced.
