  I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The location is close to shopping and downtown…only 1 mile away! I highly recommend Empire Run for your next apartment home.

  Misleading advertising, posted an apartment for half the actual price. Phone system doesn't work well, kept getting forwarded to an unaffiliated apartment complex

  The friendly and helpful Burns management staff, fast responding maintenance team, free cable/wifi and gym amenities, FOB entrance, close proximity to downtown Saratoga and great neighbors make this the perfect rental. I also love the look and feel of the entire complex. Very happy and safe here!
