- JPJoseph PegnaJun 7, 20251.0Stay away from any property allegedly managed by Burns Management. To objectively reflect the quality of management, it should be called Burns Mismanagement. Reasons for this evaluation: - Poor maintenance of the building, - Cost cutting and delayed maintenance, - Imposition of change of service measures in mid-lease. Just to name a few.

The Burns Management and maintenance team have always been super helpful! 10/10 would definitely recommend! 👌🙌
- CCConradAug 18, 20225.0Great property! Apartments are modern and well maintained. Internet and Cable included with rent. The management company Burns Management is very responsive when there are maintenance issues and are good about not disturbing residents unless absolutely necessary (such as fire inspections). The amenities are great and include a gym, rooftop terrace, office/workspace, and an amazon locker. Would recommend.
