  I want to thank Rick on behalf of my wife and I on his excellent professionalism and friendly approach. At the start of our process of selling our home, Rick explained the process and all the things that we needed to do to ensure a successful final sale and I’m happy to say everything that he explained came to fruition. We are extremely pleased with the final results with the sale of our house, which took less than a week after putting on the market .

  My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Rick on three real estate transactions (1 sale and 2 purchases). Our first interaction was when we visited an open house he was hosting as the selling agent. This was the first house/open house we had ever viewed/attended and were pleasantly surprised at how welcoming Rick was. He greeted us and answered our questions with confidence. We didn’t end up putting an offer in but later contacted Rick to view other homes as our agent. As first time homebuyers we viewed a lot of homes. Rick was very patient throughout the process and was great at pointing things out that we would have otherwise overlooked. We finally found a home and the offer-to-purchase process was seamless. Fast forward a handful of years and nothing had changed. Rick advised us at the same, if not better, level throughout the search for our new home. The only difference this time is that we had the pleasure of having him as our selling agent. Rick was great throughout the sale and added crucial input that helped maximize the sale price. I would gladly recommend him as an agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Great guy…great professional!
