He really has patience and never tried to rush me into a house. Almost every other Realtor I met in the process knew and respected him. Let me share an analogy. Auto repair shops charge every customer the same high rates. If you had a choice, would you choose the new kid or the best, most experienced, mechanic to work on your vehicle? I would choose the best. I'll bet you would too. Same goes for Realtors. They all cost the same to everyone. I prefer to choose the best to buy or sell a house for me. It's about value.
