Well I was going to apply for a job opening that I came across for this complex, but after seeing that every single review is terrible and all the disturbances - no thanks!!

Was initially approved for an apartment, but because my daughters would “potentially” gain employment, maybe, after a whole world wide pandemic I wouldn’t meet the income guidelines, the second wave hasn’t hit as of now, very disappointed to lose out on other possible places over predictive income calculations

There is nothing good to report about residing at this complex. When I resided at this complex there were a bunch of unprofessional individuals with no moral or ethics in charge of management. Had stuff stolen from apartment by maintenance who abnoxiously along with management thought they had the right to enter my apartment unit without any notice. They also held on to my deposit even though my rent account was zero balance up until the day I left. Office staffs were very incompetent, unprofessional and not trustworthy. Did I fail to mentioned the ghetto upstair neighbor's and her hoodrat boyfriend who felt that it was always okay to hang out and have late nights/mornings barbecue in front of my windows from 1am to 4am or just whenever he wanted to party with his thug friends. On several occasions whenever his girlfriend locked him out of the apartment he felt that it was okay for him to stand next to my bedroom window shouting loudly at her for very long hours for her to open the door or better yet use my windows as a ladder to climbed to his girlfriend's apartment and banged on her wjndows while me and my children slept. Another incident was when all my towels were stolen out of the dryers. I think my breaking point was when I observed the neighbor's boyfriend getting stabbed by the babymother other boyfriend. I was really done at this point. I could have sworn that all of RPD and fire department responded to that incident. Lastly, please always keep your receipt or have something documented in writing for all transactions encountered with management. I would not even recommend an animal to live at this complex but then again to each his own. Hope my review was helpful.
