  The new internet service has been a real struggle. The connection is slow, the router they provided keeps dying, and we even had a full day with no Wi‑Fi. My phone’s data works better than the apartment’s network. We used to pay for our own Spectrum plan and everything worked perfectly — no lag, no drops, and I could run my own small server for fun. Now I can’t access my router settings or use the ports I bought my equipment for. The hardest part is the blame going in circles. Spectrum says it’s the apartment’s issue, the apartment says talk to the third‑party, and the third‑party sends us back to Spectrum. Meanwhile, we’re stuck with a $70 service that performs like a $10 plan. We were fine for a whole year with our own setup. I wish residents had the option to keep their own service instead of being forced into something that doesn’t work well for us. Update: From 2 star To 1 star so the service came to fix the router boom 12:20 AM the router died again -_- at this point GIVE US BACK OUR SERVICE OUR FREEDOM THIS IS AMERICA.
