- JDJaclyn DaveyMay 28, 20262.0The apartments are spacious with washer and dryer included in the unit. However, the dryer only dries on one setting and you have to physically empty the water out of the dryer occasionally. I called maintenance because the clothes only dried on one setting and when the came they said to just use the one setting even though it often shrunk the clothes or took forever to dry. The storage in the basement was regularly with water on the floor or smelled of smoke. The heat in the apartments was constantly running no matter the weather and was unable to be controlled in the apartment leading to us having to open the windows in the middle of winter because it would get so hot in the unit. The freezer broke and it took several days for maintenance to come out to fix it leading to a loss of a lot of food upon moving in. Cable is included and an additional charge even if you don't want it, you have to pay it. The plumbing was also an issue for us on 2 seperate occasions with not being able to shower or use the toilet because of back up issues. The parking area is small and we often had to walk a substantial distance from our unit to get a spot. The sidewalks were often not shoveled during storms.

I showed them the confirmation email I received, yet they made me wait. After saying they’d help me in an hour, their attitude was rude and dismissive. I ended up leaving. This was an unprofessional experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
