  Don’t move there no maintenance, if you pay with money orders be aware and always document everything you pay your rent and then lost the check and say that you owe them, they suck apartments need repairs and maintenance, there’s bugs. Also they have a problem with the packages pirates they know people there are stealing the packages and they don’t do anything to prevent( they can put an Amazon locker near the office and don’t do it.) Administration it’s very unprofessional Beware don’t move here you are going to be better renting at Clinton avenue that’s how bad they are. They need to demolish the apartments and building them new they have asbestos and mold be careful!!!

  Absolutely garbage place to live office workers often have bad attitudes and nothing ever truly gets fixed they just slap a bandaid on it and hope you don't call again

  had a great experience at Greece commons. Debbie in the office was super helpful, and the maintenance staff was very prompt in fixing anything that went wrong in the apartment.

  Had an awesome experience at Greece Commons. The staff were incredibly helpful in the application process, especially Debbie, Jerry and Madeline. They were never hesitant to send maintenance over when needed. The apartment itself was great! Plenty of space and very clean from top to bottom. Could not have asked for more! Would absolutely recommend living here!
