Horrible staff and people. Got my first eviction with them. On the day I gave them a check a loan took my money out my account making me a few $100 short. They didn’t want to wait another week (this was the first week of the month). They were very speedy about evicting me. The. Maintenance complained to me about moving my stuff out even though it was their job. I obviously didnt have money to move things out my house so they had to throw it away. Just horrible non caring people

Mold is growing in the storage area directly below my unit and it has begun to affect my breathing. I've reported this to management several times over the last 3 weeks. Nothing has been done to clean the mold up.

Try to solve any problem with them! This is what you always got. Very rude disgusting people, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I wonder how the owner gets them jobs! Unbelievable. Ask old tenants about: -Car theft and breaking windows every month. -Pest like mice and centipedes. -Sewer smell. -Old noisy bathroom fixtures, adding and replacing isn’t allowed. -Very rude employees, disgusting communication skills. -90% of the tenants want to move or waiting for the lease to end. Thank me later.
