I have left a message a week for 3 weeks, applied online and even emailed who I could on ZIllow and Trulia. NO one has got back to me, I cant imagine the service being any better if we were tenants

My main shout out is the maintenance crew Tim and his crew are fantastic you have a problem they're there right away during the winter their snow removal was great. And the whole crew is just very kind and considerate and extremely friendly. All in all good place to live

Tim and Luis, because that they always come to repair things in time, do hard work, and say hello with smile like old good friends when meeting every day. I like the wild turkeys, deers and birds. It will be better if the rental office improve their management and the rents rise a little less and slowly.

After the previous two super and maintenance guys left, I felt compelled or out of place so I would just stay in my apartment. Bringing Tim on what is the best decision Brookwood could’ve made after losing the other two guys. Going outside now feels more welcoming because he always has a smile on his face and asks how I’m doing. It warms my heart. I have lived here for six years in September and if Tim stays I’ll be here longer than that. Tim, thanks for all that you do to make this place friendly. Even when the office doesn’t tell you, know that you are appreciated.
