  This community is great. The residents are friendly , the management staff is awesome. Amanda the property manager always makes sure to answer questions we have , or if a work order needs to be done , she will make sure the maintenance staff are on it. Highly recommend this place to live!!

  I toured this community with my girlfriend and we loved it. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The property was clean and inviting. We walked by a few of the maintenance guys and they didn’t hesitate to introduce themselves. Very friendly people. The apartments we looked at were very clean well put together and freshly painted. The grounds outside the buildings were spotless. After looking at some of the other options in the area this property has the best value for the price. Definitely have to check this one out 100% recommend to anyone.

  Let me just start by saying i was very impressed by the staff and the friendly experience I received. I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful the entire staff was throughout the tour. I had many questions, but they were so helpful and were clear and concise on any cost that may come up and showed me the exact unit i’d be living in if i decide to apply.Eagle Rock is definitely at the top of my list and a place I’m very excited about potentially moving in! Highly recommend anyone reading this takes a tour. Thank you 👍

  I toured Eagle Rock Apartments & Townhomes at Rensselaer recently and honestly had a really good experience. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. They answered all my questions and took the time to show me around without making me feel rushed. The property looked nice and well taken care of, and everyone I talked to was helpful and professional. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’m really thankful for how kind and respectful the staff was. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a place in the area.

  DON’T RECOMMEND!!!! Me and my boyfriend lived here for 2 years in a 2 bed 2 bath on the basement level floor of a 3 story unit, building 55. During the years we lived here we encountered SEVERAL issues with the property, as well as management. PARKING The complex does NOT have a parking spot for all its residents. Each apartment is ONLY supplied with 2 spots however that is never the case. Their solution on parking was to charge us MORE to paint each apartment number in a parking spot. EVEN WORSE news, people will in fact park in your parking spot and the complex WILL NOT have it towed out of your spot. The company they use for “towing” is a company whose owner has been arrested and charged for stealing vehicles. I addressed this with management for over 2 months and was told they were “working on it” but had “no real solution” ALSO if there is snow forget about it!!!! When there is snow all rules for parking in paid parking spots DO NOT apply. All winter you are left fighting for a spot. Not to mention they DON’T plow the parking spots and they DON’T plow ever until the middle of the morning around 10am. Good luck having any friends or family over. I worked overnights and constantly had to either park my car illegally against a curb or on the other side of the complex from my apartment. TRASH The trash is DISGUSTING!!! It’s constantly all over the outside on the ground and mushed all over. Their solution was to put a gate around the trash and put a camera up as management stated it was people from the public using our trash bins. The gate has done not a single thing but make it more difficult to unload your trash. It’s repulsive. STAFF Amanda took over as head manager I would say halfway through our occupancy. She is by for one of the MOST unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered in my entire life. I am younger and she CONSTANTLY belittled me and my partner. During our last months a FAMILY of 5 with a dog and 2 cats moved into the 2nd floor unit above us. These tenants were unreasonably loud. Children running around ALL hours. When we came to Amanda with the issue she basically told us it’s not their problem they can’t do anything about it and to keep calling the cops and illite to the fact that their may not be parents home when I NEVER once suggested that. She wanted me to call the police on a wellness check to put this family in an uncomfortable position. Disgusting behavior. Thank GOD we were granted the ability to break out lease early!! This place is a nightmare! Just trying to save someone the headache and trouble of not feeling comfortable in their HOME with no solutions in view.
