- ASAli SAug 13, 20265.0I lived here years ago when it was Lighthouse Apartments, and recently moved back now that it’s The Modern under new ownership. The place is fantastic — clean, modern units, garage parking, pet-friendly, and just a 1-minute walk to the train. Beyond the great apartments themselves, working with Nicole made the whole process seamless from start to finish. She’s a huge part of what makes this such a great place to live. Highly recommend if you want an easy commute to the city while living in a great town like Port Chester.

Anytime something needs to be fixed or taken care of, Adam is there and on top of things right away (which I really appreciate). I'm sure that's a direct reflection of management and their mindset regarding tenants so here's to you guys!

In a market where property management can often feel impersonal, Nicole goes above and beyond to work with tenants and find solutions that make sense for everyone. If you are looking for a place where the management actually cares about the resident experience, this is it. Five stars for Nicole!
