  Responsive management and well kept building! No issues whatsoever with pests. We have been living here for one year and this far have not had to put in any maintenance requests.

  NEGATIVE 1 STAR My partner scheduled an appointment through the website for a 2:00 PM visit, and it was confirmed via email. When we arrived, there was no one in the leasing office. We called the number provided and were told the leasing agent was on break. We explained that we had a confirmed appointment, only to be asked if the confirmation email came directly from the leasing agent himself. If that’s the case, why does your website allow people to schedule appointments and receive confirmations if they aren’t actually honored? This was a complete waste of our time and very unprofessional. On top of that, the property did not look well-maintained at all. We will be taking our money elsewhere. Save your time and money and lease somewhere else.

  We have been living at Port and Main for two years now, and the new management team has been amazing — especially Adam. Since they took over, things have been running more smoothly, and the overall living experience has noticeably improved. The team is incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Emails are answered quickly, questions are addressed thoroughly, and they genuinely take the time to work with residents. It’s clear that this team truly values their residents and goes the extra mile to make everything as stress-free as possible. We’re so excited for the plans this new management team has for the building and happy to experience what’s to come here at Port and Main! Thank you again to Adam, Jonathan, and the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and support.

  We enjoyed living here (15 months). We never had any issues with management. All interactions with Sandra and Samantha were very friendly and professional. Concerns with maintenance issues were also addressed as well. It was a brand new building, rooms are very spacious, very clean building. Of course we heard the sirens from the firetrucks/cars blasting music, but we really didn’t hear our neighbors. The location is great for public transportation, can walk to train, bus, supermarket, restaurants etc. If you’re doing a big supermarket run and have a lot of bags you may have to make multiple trips and and down. The building does have platform cart, that makes the trip a little easier. Parking although covered, was about 5 min walk from the building. If you have a baby and use a stroller could be longer, sometimes the elevator in parking garage didn’t work and we had to push the stroller up and down the car ramp. Very far in between, but we also experienced fire alarms going off overnight in the building. Having to leave building in the middle of the night sucked with a newborn/cold weather. It was for our safety so understandable. There are no stairs in the lobby, so after incidents like these, having to wait in the lobby for the elevators to go back up may take a while depending on where you are on the line. Bottom line: would I live here again? Yes.
