  Move in process was pretty smooth. Staff is very very friendly. I dealt with all three women in the office Janice, Trish, and Evelyn, and they have all been extremely helpful and kind. When I move into my apartment, there were some problems that I noticed and I wrote them up on my walk-through paperwork and they were completed and repaired that same day if not that same day the very next day. I’m at the maintenance man chewy and he is extremely friendly and I felt very welcome. The property is very nice. I feel very safe and I’m happy that I’m there.

  The complex was lovey. But not what would work for my needs. I would need a handicap accessible bath room .

  Maintenance replaced Dryer in apartment. I reported it to Jane in the leasing office, and she had maintenance replace it ASAP. Addison and thalas did a great job in removing replacing it in a timely, efficient manner.

  Absolutely terrible experience with Iroquois Village. I would give 0 stars if I could. My wife and I visited the complex in person because we were interested in potentially signing a 6-month lease. Jordan told us he was going to speak with his manager to see if they could work with us on pricing. I gave him all of my contact information and he said he would get back to me. The next day, I called for an update and was told he was still waiting to hear back from the manager. Fine. I waited another two days and still received no response, so I called again. That’s when we discovered he had spelled my name wrong in the email address, so I never received anything. Then comes the best part — after several days of waiting, the price for the 6-month lease suddenly increased by $100 PER MONTH. Meanwhile, the 12-month lease price only increased by $2 during the same time period. So somehow the “market adjustment” only massively affected the exact lease term I was trying to negotiate? Yeah, okay. On top of that, they almost never answer the phone, communication is terrible, and the whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. To make matters worse, I personally know someone who moved in there and dealt with mold issues throughout the apartment. Apparently it took months for management to properly relocate them and handle the situation. After this experience, I would absolutely not recommend Iroquois Village to anyone looking for a place to live.
