- AHAlyssa HagmanMay 12, 20261.0I had the worst experience at this location, so no wonder its shutting down in a few months. The lack of communication and support is infuriating. I have yet to be able to receive a response or refund. Do not use wework if you are looking for a one day meeting space.
- KHKate HarvieNov 6, 20235.0The staff at this location is exceptional. And this is everyone from security at the doors on E. 28th and Madison, to the Community Team, to housekeeping. Who isn't exceptional are the too many people who - despite the witty and indirect order shared here - leave their mugs, cups, and utensils in the sink. Members do this. Guests do this. People aren't illiterate. They're entitled. And they need not to do this obnoxious, selfish, thoughtless thing in a shared space. At home, they can do whatever they want. WeWork isn't their home. So, WeWork, I've filed tickets about this and I've emailed about it more than once. Your signs are clever, and with the actual instructions in the fine print, they take up space and have the opposite effect of whatever you want to happen. Signed, a WeWork All Access member
- PCpauly cAug 8, 20213.0Suitable office space, nothing groundbreaking. Desk furniture is somewhat dated but solid. Tech services are exorbitant and come with caveats that are not clearly explained. Be sure to review them thoroughly prior to lease commitment to avoid surprises.
- APA POct 25, 20174.0Chilled out place, beer and coffee on all floors and great to keep guests busy while you work away. The idea of booths and open spaces is great. fast internet is totally welcome. Music throughout the building and bathrooms are great (esp if you don't want to hear someone else having a bad tummy day..) and relaxing. Offices could be larger though but definitely a great great idea.
