    Heat and/or hot water go out on a regular basis. Entrance to 14th street doesn't work seemingly on a weekly basis, with no advanced notice from management. AVOID!

    Awful odor in the apartment from the moment I moved in. The washer and dryer in unit tore up my clothes and stained them with bleach on day 1. One of the maintenance guys gave me attitude for being late for the service elevator, even though I was clearly an hour early and had the elevator reserved. The other doormen were helpful.
