Really bad customer service and in my opinion dishonest and reflects poorly on the leasing company and how they view prospective tenants.

- FAF ADec 3, 20221.0do not move here unless you want to breathe cigarette smoke every day every night! They raise your rent every year and take away what you’re paying for I’ve been here for a few years now and I have only a few complaints. The roof deck was amazing but only has furniture 6 months of the year which is stupid because weather is great up there more than 6 months. Not sure why but it’s like punishment and they put it out on no schedule. It’s been closed for almost 2 years and they raised our rent right before they closed it. Most people move out after a year because the false advertising sets in and they realize the owners are cheap and greedy.
