  The complex located in the noisiest part of the city. During rush hour it is impossible to be in the apartment (we stayed at 36 floor) because of constant honking. Every night I wake up 1-3 times because of noise. In terms of traffic and walking it isn't great too. The personnel was amazing though.

  Do not move here. I cannot stress this enough. I’ve been chasing management for weeks over unresolved maintenance issues. Every call, every email results in the same performance: absolutely zero follow-through. “Someone will be there Tuesday.” Tuesday comes. No one shows. You call back. They have no record of it. You start over. The office staff will tell you whatever they think will get you off the phone. Maintenance requests get “submitted” and then disappear into a void. I have followed up more times than I can count — texts, emails, calls logged — and the pattern never changes. When you escalate to senior management, you get a brief acknowledgment and then… silence. They do not care. Full stop. The entire office is the worst ever This building runs on the assumption that tenants will eventually give up. Some do. Don’t let that be you. If you are considering signing a lease here, understand that the moment something goes wrong — and it will — you are completely on your own. Live literally anywhere else. Whoever responds the email below as the owner does nothing to address the issue. Monian group goes down. This building goes down. Kathy from the management team goes way down. Period.

  We had an outstanding experience working with Richard Torres during our apartment search and move-in process. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Searching for the right place to live can sometimes be stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel easy and seamless. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explain Sky and the available options clearly, and made sure we felt confident throughout the process. What stood out most was his professionalism and the way he truly cared about helping us find the right fit, not just filling an apartment. That level of service is rare and greatly appreciated. If you are considering Sky, I highly recommend working with Richard. He made what could have been a stressful move into an exciting and smooth transition.

  The building may look good in photos and during the tour, but the reality is very different once you move in. When we moved in, the windows were extremely dirty, and it took a long time and multiple requests before they were finally cleaned. The balcony was covered in green mold and left unfinished — and even after almost a year, it still hasn’t been properly fixed, which makes it look very unpleasant. Another major issue is the windows themselves. They do not open for ventilation, and they cannot be fully opened without a special key that only management has. This makes it very uncomfortable to get fresh air into the apartment. There were also serious plumbing issues. The toilets had a constant strong odor, to the point where it was almost impossible to stay in the apartment. We had to call maintenance many times, and it took 3–4 months to partially resolve the problem. In addition, the shower was leaking, and it took over six months to address it — during that time, the floor was extremely slippery and unsafe. Things were constantly breaking — closet fixtures were damaged, parts were falling apart — and every repair required multiple requests and significant effort just to get someone to come fix it. The AC units are very noisy, outdated, and do not function well. In the summer it gets too hot, and in the winter it’s too cold. Common areas are also poorly maintained. Hallways are rarely cleaned, trash is often left around, and the building overall looks dirty and neglected. It feels like only the lobby is maintained. Yes, the price may seem attractive compared to other buildings, but do not be misled by the “luxury rentals” label — there is nothing luxury about this place. We have two months left on our lease, and we are honestly just waiting for it to end.
