  Some of the reviews here are disingenuous, deceptive, and incredibly misleading, so let’s be perfectly clear: there is no tenant rooftop and the 10th floor deck has NOT been available for several years. We’re now coming up on the 3rd summer in a row where the deck has been closed due to building maintenance and renovation. There has also been scaffolding all around the building this whole time but work has only just begun and it’s expected to continue for quite some time as suspended workers have been drilling and sawing into the facade for weeks resulting in serious noise and inconvenience all day long. Forget opening your windows because of the dust and noise, and you also need to keep your blinds shut for any kind of privacy. While this may be for compliance with local building requirements, there’s no good explanation for why the work took so long to start and several amenities have been closed all this time. The gym is OK but expensive and many machines are broken and in need of maintenance. The elevators have also been a recurring issue, as noted by many other reviews, and several have consistently been taken out of service for days and even weeks at times. Some of the staff are great and genuinely care but there are bigger issues that really need to be addressed in order to justify premium rent and luxury qualification.

  I love these small events—they make you feel right at home and part of a big community. This isn’t my first one either. The first was a pop-up coffee event where you could stop by, grab a coffee with ice cream, and hang out with everyone. They also had a giveaway of mini LEGO sets, which my son absolutely loved!

  We scheduled a tour to view the apartment and no one was there. We showed them the confirmation email for the tour and no one had any idea what to do. Can’t imagine living in a building that doesn’t even know how to schedule a tour.
