  We have been staying at Carnegie Mews since 2022 and we love the apartment and the team. Everyone in the team is extremely helpful and friendly. The building feels very safe and would highly recommend anyone looking to rent. Given the proximity to the park and major attractions (with great views from some apartments), it is definitely one of the better rental properties around the neighborhood. Anyone looking to rent should definitely ask for Vincent from the leasing team as he is the sweetest and most warm leasing manager we have around.

  Extremely professional, they actually fix things and usually in the same day. Great value for price. I love the location, actually a perfectly quiet little corner of broadway with great access to action and transit. So happy I moved here!

  I’ve lived here for over 20 years and the location is excellent - incredibly convenient, with Central Park, Columbus Circle, and multiple major subway lines all within a 5 minute walk. The apartments are spacious for NYC, with large windows and lots of natural light. Windows were upgraded a few years back and significantly reduced street noise, which makes the apartment feel like an oasis in the middle of the city. The doormen and staff are all lovely and go out of their way to help. Maintenance is very responsive and requests are almost always resolved same day. Would absolutely recommend.

  I’ve truly loved living at Carnegie Mews over the past several years. The building has felt like home in every sense — it’s well-maintained, thoughtfully managed, and located in such a convenient part of the city. The management team and staff have consistently been professional, responsive, and kind, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. Any questions or requests were always handled promptly, and the overall experience has been very smooth. I also really appreciated how peaceful and well-kept the building is — it’s rare to find a place in NYC that feels both central and calm at the same time. I would absolutely recommend Carnegie Mews to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run place to live in the city.

  I have lived at Carnegie Mews since 2019 and having seen a fare share of buildings in the city, this place, by far, combines the best attributes and makes life in this city more pleasant. Located in the Columbus Circle area, its proximity to the park, theatres, and major subway lines makes access to the whole city "close by". The building and staff are unmatched. The apartments are larger than your typical 1brs in the city, the amenities (24hr doorman, valet, laundry) are precisely what a busy resident requires, and the staff, across all departments, is really the crown jewel of this place. All members of the Carnegie Mews team consistently go above and beyond to service the residents and to ensure that the building feels like a community. Everyone is considerate, responsive, solution-driven, and actively cares about each resident's unique needs. I always recommend Carnegie Mews to anyone looking for a home in NYC and I tell them to reach out to Vincent at the leasing office because he is amazing to work with and he will take care of you!
