The building feels very safe and would highly recommend anyone looking to rent. Given the proximity to the park and major attractions (with great views from some apartments), it is definitely one of the better rental properties around the neighborhood. Anyone looking to rent should definitely ask for Vincent from the leasing team as he is the sweetest and most warm leasing manager we have around.

- PDPia DaswaniApr 5, 20265.0I’ve lived here for over 20 years and the location is excellent - incredibly convenient, with Central Park, Columbus Circle, and multiple major subway lines all within a 5 minute walk. The apartments are spacious for NYC, with large windows and lots of natural light. Windows were upgraded a few years back and significantly reduced street noise, which makes the apartment feel like an oasis in the middle of the city. The doormen and staff are all lovely and go out of their way to help. Maintenance is very responsive and requests are almost always resolved same day. Would absolutely recommend.
