  I'm currently living here and the building is amazing. The front desk staff are all very friendly and make you feel welcome when you're returning home. The building management Jeleana is also amazing and friendly; she check up on me daily to make sure I'm comfortable in my new apartment. If I have any questions or need assistance, she’s only a phone call away for any concerns or help I need. The studio apartment I'm currently living in is very spacious, and the appliances are brand new and work efficiently. The heat works amazingly; I literally just need to keep it on for a short amount of time, and it will keep my whole apartment warm for hours after I shut it off. The water is always hot. I'm really loving the space, and I have no complaints so far, and I've been here for 4 months already.

  Jelena was absolutely wonderful throughout our move-in process. From the first tour, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. She took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. What really stood out was how responsive she’s been, even after we moved in, she’s always quick to reply and genuinely happy to help. Thanks to Jelena, what could have been a stressful experience turned out to be seamless and enjoyable. We really appreciate everything she’s done for us!

  We had a fantastic experience with our leasing representative, Jelena. From the moment she showed us around our now apartment, she was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Jelena has also been amazing with communication, she’s super quick to reply to any questions we’ve had and is always happy to assist us, no matter how small the request. Thanks to her, our moving-in experience was not only easy but genuinely enjoyable. We’re so grateful for her support and can’t recommend her enough!

  I live in apt 5C of their 21 West Building. Since they changed the leasing office staff, our requests have never been attended to. First of all, they raised our rent by over 40% and we tried to negotiate it by switching to another unit. Zero response from management. Second, I got 400 electricity charges (heating broke in the coldest days of the month) and 400 concession charges (what’s that?). I raised the issue with Matt and Renore. No response was given. My next step is 311 and potentially court to this kind of unethical business.
