  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Heartfelt Thank You to the Eagle Rock Nesconset Team After more than 15 years of peaceful living in Pittsburgh, PA, relocating to Long Island near Stony Brook University was a major life change for my family. We searched extensively for a place that would feel like home, and trusted friends repeatedly recommended Eagle Rock Nesconset. Today, I understand why. From the very first interaction, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, patience, responsiveness, and genuine care. Moving across states is never easy, but they guided me through every step of the application process, patiently helping whenever I made mistakes and ensuring everything moved smoothly. A special thank you to Mr. Anil Thomas, whose leadership, responsiveness, and commitment to residents are evident in every interaction. Jessie Saroski was always empathetic, attentive, and on top of every detail, making the entire process stress-free, who is always there to help proactively On move-in day, Mr. Ahmed was waiting outside my apartment to welcome us. He carefully showed us every detail of the apartment and even offered to help with unloading. His kindness immediately made us feel at home. Mr. Jose was equally wonderful and helped us maneuver and park our trailer during move-in, turning a potentially stressful situation into a seamless experience. What touched us deeply was the kindness of Ahmed's family, who took time to introduce themselves and welcome my family. Their warmth, generosity, and hospitality reflected values that go far beyond courtesy and made us feel like part of a community from day one. Of course, I cannot forget Mr. Mike, whose passion for quality and resident satisfaction is exceptional. Whenever I requested a small adjustment, he often went above and beyond expectations. It is rare to find people who take such pride in their work. I also want to thank Mr. Roberto from Finance, who personally took ownership of a rent-related issue, resolved it promptly, and followed up afterward. That level of accountability speaks volumes about Eagle Rock's culture. No community is perfect, but what matters is how people respond when help is needed. Eagle Rock Nesconset excels in that regard. What I found here was not just an apartment, but kindness, professionalism, integrity, and genuine human connection. Thank you, Anil, Jessie, Ahmed, Jose, Mike, Roberto, and the entire Eagle Rock family for making our transition from Pittsburgh to Long Island smooth, memorable, and truly special. God bless you all.   I installed Synthetic Turfs for work and I’m right here doing a job for one of my customers in my Neighborhood at Eagle Rock Apartment at Nesconset. And that’s where I live.

  They are unprofessional and are dishonest in terms of ethics and morals. I would steer away unless you have time to deal with endless email communication for charges that do not apply.
