  I’ve had a great experience living at Eagle Rock Apartments at Mohegan Lake. The community is well maintained, quiet, and a great place to live. Carissa and Rob have been amazing to work with. They’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions or need assistance. Their professionalism and willingness to help really make a difference. Thank you, Carissa and Rob, for everything you do! I highly recommend this community.

  Eagle Rock has been a wonderful experience. We have only been here since March 2026 but it has been the happiest my husband and I have been. It's clean, pet friendly and the neighbors are all respectful and friendly. Maintenance is a daily routine the staff is either trimming trees, cutting grass or doing anything to make it beautiful. I am already spoiled and even though my plan is to move out of state next year. I have already discussed with my husband that maybe if we are lucky we may find an Eagle Rock where we're headed. Folks, if you're looking for peace, beauty and tranquility give Eagle Rock in Mohegan Lake, NY a call...you won't be sorry 🥰

  We have lived at this property for over 6 years. There’s a real sense of community here. it is in Lakeland School district which is a great school district. There’s a lot of kids of all ages and a lot of pets too. We needed a place that was dog friendly and this was one of the apartments that was nice and big compared to others we had viewed and allowed our dog. Anything happening on the property is communicated with residents in a timely The pool is huge and clean and there is a separate section for BBQ which is really nice. All in all a great experience

  We had a great two years in this development. They have performed nice renovations since we are there to make you feel more at home. The residents are very nice and it’s very welcoming for pets. Highly recommend.

  I have been requesting a carpet replacement or at least a professional carpet cleaning from Eagle Rock Properties for over a year. Last year, maintenance came to measure the carpet and told me everything was approved and that I would receive a date for installation. After that, nobody followed up, called, or scheduled anything. This year, during lease renewal, I brought the issue up again because the carpet is in very bad condition. During the winter, water was coming in from the back door due to snow, leaving a large stain in the living room area. I explained that if replacing the carpet was not possible, I would at least appreciate having it professionally cleaned. I spoke with Rob, who repeatedly told me that Carissa would contact me to discuss options. I was also told someone would call me back after I contacted the main company directly. It has now been several weeks, and nobody has called, followed up, or even given me a clear answer. What is most disappointing is not only the lack of action, but the lack of communication and professionalism. A simple phone call with an honest answer would have been appreciated instead of being ignored for over a year. At this point, I will have to clean the carpet myself, but I felt it was important to share my experience for future tenants.
