  I’m so impressed with this complex. This community is extremely peaceful when comparing around most areas. Robyn in the office is so sweet she really tries to make sure everyone is taken care of. Maintenance is amazing, compared to my experience with maintenance with other apartment complex Stephen the supervisor is always eager to fix what needs to be fixed . Over all the whole crew has made my move in experience as easy as they possibly could! I’m so thankful!

  I lived in several different apartments in Syracuse over the last five years, and unfortunately, every time I moved, there were serious problems (I think I was just an unlucky one in terms of renting an apartment!). Manlius Academy was my last apartment before I moved out of state, and the year and a half I spent there was by far the best living experience I had in Syracuse. The entire neighborhood and building are clean, quiet, and safe, and the neighbors are respectful of one another. My unit was a lovely apartment where I always felt comfortable and happy. I especially want to thank Robyn, who made everything so much easier. It was always very easy to communicate with her, she addressed any concerns or issues right away, and she was always so kind. Thank you, Robyn, for everything you do for the community and for making residents’ experiences so positive. I also really appreciate the management team, who were always quick to resolve any issues. I will truly miss Manlius Academy and the time I spent there.

  extremely rude and unprofessional, the maintenance man looks like a washed up 1980s rockstar without a high school diploma and a heroin addiction. overpriced they fix things cheaply if they fix them at all and you can go there on any given day and they're all hanging out in the office not doing any type of work
