  I recently moved to Manlius Academy, and I’m thrilled to be here. The apartment is charming, and the neighborhood is peaceful and well-kept, with a sense of mutual respect among everyone. As many reviews mention, Robyn from the management office is truly exceptional. From the moment I reached out to inquire about a one-bedroom availability, she was always prompt and incredibly helpful. The entire move-in process went smoothly, and Robyn was consistently supportive. On move-in day, she made sure everything was in perfect order, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for all your help and support, Robyn!

  Amazing place to live, quiet Nieghborhood, great property manager and maintenance crew keep the area looking amazing and fix things quickly and works with you to make sure your happy and comfortable.

  extremely rude and unprofessional, the maintenance man looks like a washed up 1980s rockstar without a high school diploma and a heroin addiction. overpriced they fix things cheaply if they fix them at all and you can go there on any given day and they're all hanging out in the office not doing any type of work
