- LLLPJul 26, 20261.0I was very disappointed by my visit to The Maximilian in Queens. The apartments are nice, but the terrible service from the staff is the exact reason I decided not to rent here. Jacqueline (doorman): Very rude, unwelcoming, and barely said hello. Maggie (tour guide): We arrived exactly at our 1:30 PM appointment. Maggie arrived accusing us of being late for a 1:00 PM slot. Even after we showed her her own email confirming 1:30 PM, she didn't really apologize. The Tour: She was disorganized, rushed through everything, spoke so fast and low we couldn't understand her. Having a good management team makes all the difference. You have great apartments, but you are losing clients because of your staff.

Nobody got back to me about viewing the available unit, they're closed on Mondays (??) and all the bad reviews about management seem to be true before even stepping into the building! Major red flags with this place. Guess they won't rent out the unit if nobody gets back to interested clients...
