  The building is great and the doormen are the best. Maintenance team is very responsive whenever there are issues. Maggie is very helpful and has helped us navigate a number of different items, including renewals, throughout our time here

  I was very disappointed by my visit to The Maximilian in Queens. The apartments are nice, but the terrible service from the staff is the exact reason I decided not to rent here. Jacqueline (doorman): Very rude, unwelcoming, and barely said hello. Maggie (tour guide): We arrived exactly at our 1:30 PM appointment. Maggie arrived accusing us of being late for a 1:00 PM slot. Even after we showed her her own email confirming 1:30 PM, she didn't really apologize. The Tour: She was disorganized, rushed through everything, spoke so fast and low we couldn't understand her. Having a good management team makes all the difference. You have great apartments, but you are losing clients because of your staff.

  We’ve absolutely loved living at Maximillian! The building’s great, the staff and management are super kind, and the location can’t be beat — safe, close to a park, and full of great amenities. Big shoutout to Maggie for being awesome and helping us with literally everything management and lease related. And props to the whole staff — everyone’s so helpful and kind!

  Doormen, porters, handyman, and other building staff are top notch and very friendly. No issues with packages or getting something fixed in apartment. However, leasing office/mgmt was a nightmare - after moving out, despite getting the sign off and walk through with the handyman, leasing/mgmt office made up some bogus reason that we damaged an appliance to keep almost all of the security deposit. Despite the appliance working and having no issues, and no way would any actual repair be worth the amount they docked. Very scummy and beware!!
