  The property manager is wonderful and helpful. She will go the extra mile for you if you communicate with her. The apartments themselves are to be desired. Complaints of a broken stove, broken dishwasher, and broken blinds were filed and we were told they aren’t necessary to be fixed because “the stove has two working burners still and there is a sink to wash dishes. The blinds are broken but still functional”. So despite needing serious upgrades and fixes, the building is fairly quiet and secure. Every door is always locked so you won’t get random visitors. Pet friendly as well with multiple doggy bag stations outside and fenced dog parks. Seriously, improvements to the buildings would make this place a much better complex to live in.

  Wellington was flexible when I moved in, but that changed as we lived there. Just little communication from the front office, and unable to respond when I tried to talk about some of the charges after moving out. I really just wanted to talk about it, but it was easier to just pay and move on. Really disappointed too, because I thought they were decent people. Hopefully things change in the future, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  I moved in to the apartments in April . So far it’s been a great place to live . It’s quiet and everyone seems to mind their own business. The landlord Eleanor is very understanding and is great with communication. The apartment is in pretty good shape for being an older building and I love that it’s so close to work.

  Terrible place to live. Landlord and owner do not care about you or care for doing their jobs. They allow people to enter the buildings who do not belong there and god forbid if something happens to you where you’re taken out of work and on comp, they refuse to work with you and degrade you by calling your situations excuses and demand money. They refuse to fix anything and was even told my the land lord that her getting notices for maintenance to fix wasn’t her job when it is in fact, her job. No one can do their jobs properly here oh and the pests are absolutely disgusting. Takes months for pest control to arrive. Don’t like bees or any other insects? We’ll get used to them cause management refuses to help their tenants.

  These apartments are complete garbage. The management as well as the tenants. Maitnance won't fix anything but they stand in the parking lot hanging out all day. Now I have maitnence in my apt at midnight attempting to fix my toilet because they never showed up this morning like they said they would the night before. Also asked for my apartment to be exterminated because I found a roach.. They said the exterminator would be here 2 weeks ago.. No one has ever come.
