  I’ve been living here for a few months now and honestly it’s been a really good experience. One thing that stands out the most is how quiet it is. I almost never hear my neighbors, which makes a huge difference when you just want to relax at home. When I first toured the place, Jerrell showed me around and he was really friendly and easy to talk to. He mentioned that most people who move in here end up staying for more than a year, and after living here for about three months now, I can already see why. The grounds are well kept and everything feels taken care of. Maintenance has been responsive whenever I’ve needed something, and the overall atmosphere here is calm and comfortable. It really feels like a place where people respect each other’s space. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful to live, this place is definitely worth considering.

  I moved in to Rivers Pointe Apartments in the beginning of February, and I am so incredibly happy that I did. Jarell was amazing to work with and he went above and beyond to make sure that I knew about all of my options, to work with my timeline, and also to make the process as quick and easy as possible. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly, and comfortable community and a beautiful apartment to make their own!

  Really happy with this apartment.. The building is clean, well maintained, and the location is very convenient. The move-in process was smooth and everything in the unit was ready when I arrived. The leasing process was also straightforward and easy. Jarrell was helpful during the process and made sure everything moved along smoothly.

  This is the second time I’ve lived in Rivers Pointe, we love it and so does my dog Noodle. The dog park was a great addition to the apartments. The new manager Jamie has been wonderful and so helpful to us when we’ve needed her. Would highly recommend.
