I’ve been living here for a few months now and honestly it’s been a really good experience. One thing that stands out the most is how quiet it is. I almost never hear my neighbors, which makes a huge difference when you just want to relax at home.
When I first toured the place, Jerrell showed me around and he was really friendly and easy to talk to. He mentioned that most people who move in here end up staying for more than a year, and after living here for about three months now, I can already see why.
The grounds are well kept and everything feels taken care of. Maintenance has been responsive whenever I’ve needed something, and the overall atmosphere here is calm and comfortable. It really feels like a place where people respect each other’s space.
If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful to live, this place is definitely worth considering.

I moved in to Rivers Pointe Apartments in the beginning of February, and I am so incredibly happy that I did. Jarell was amazing to work with and he went above and beyond to make sure that I knew about all of my options, to work with my timeline, and also to make the process as quick and easy as possible. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly, and comfortable community and a beautiful apartment to make their own!
Really happy with this apartment.. The building is clean, well maintained, and the location is very convenient. The move-in process was smooth and everything in the unit was ready when I arrived.
The leasing process was also straightforward and easy. Jarrell was helpful during the process and made sure everything moved along smoothly.
I've been living in these apartments for about 7 years now with my family. I love the place, but it could use some work. The apartments are stuffy during the colder seasons and specific corners in me and my brother's room are freezing cold no matter the weather.
I’ve lived here for 6 years now and my opinion is that it’s only so-so. My apartment is big enough for just me, and I have the luxury of having an attached garage.
Prepare to pony up the cash, though: I renewed this year and was hit with a $200/mo increase. And that’s only on the base rate. I now pay $140/mo for the garage (which has also seen price creep), plus trash removal fees, cable/internet package fees (these are built in, you can’t opt out, so if you want a better tv package you can’t just upgrade, you have to pay for two separate ones), and even a few when I pay rent online!
The staff is polite, but unimpressive. The gym isn’t anything to write home about and the pool is closed quite often. The maintenance people are VERY nice, but having spoken with them often, they are bogged down by being understaffed. Seems like a big manager failing.
Snow removal, yard work, and general housekeeping in common areas is definitely hit or miss. They do the bare minimum.
The biggest thing going for this place is the location. You can’t beat being so close to Rt31 and so many stores. It’s fairly quiet, too.
But the price isn’t justifiable. This is definitely my last year staying here.
