  I love my appartment. Very well maintained. Park like grounds, great amenities. Office staff and maintenance staff are great! I absolutely love it here. Definitely pkan on renewing my lease . Would recommend to family and friends.

  In the 6 months that i have lived here it has been nothing but problems. Moving in was rushed, there was 0 maintenance done prior to me moving in after the previous tenant. Toilet wasn’t working, lights had to be replaced, fireplace doesn’t have a remote, closet door needed replacing. etc etc etc. snow removal police is completely IGNORED. they don’t plow unless over 6 inches of snow accumulates, EMERGENCY maintenance requests are also simply IGNORED. The Ai maintenance system is flawed & can never get a human being on the phone. Maintenance takes 0 pride in their work nothing but chop jobs & bandaids to “fix” issues. Contacting corporate is also pointless as burns communicates only thru leasing manager & wont contact paying tenant. DONT RECOMMEND.

  I’ve only been living here a short time but Melanie the leasing agent is awesome. There were able to get me in an apartment very fast. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. I look forward to the summer so I can use the pool. If you’re looking for an apartment look no farther than Skyview Terrace.

  Skyview Terrace has pros and cons. The big balcony windows are nice, but poorly insulated—your heater runs nonstop in winter, raising your electric bill. Mailboxes can freeze shut too. Most residents are short-term (travel nurses, students), so neighbors change often. Leases are flexible (3–15 months), but strict screening requires above-average income. Maintenance, especially Ehab, is excellent 👌🏽. Downsides: few security cameras, power can go out for a few hours in snowstorms, and you have to pay a separate water/sewage bill (wasn’t charged my first year, but was the second). Decent option if you only plan to stay 1–2 years.
