  Aliyah Hamid has been an amazing person to work with. She was always friendly, professional, and willing to assist us whenever we had questions or needed help. Her excellent customer service made our experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We had an amazing time in Latham, and Aliyah played a big part in making our stay such a positive experience. We truly appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend working with her.   Ava, the leasing agent was extremely kind and helpful in all aspects. From providing information about the complex and its amenities to her thorough and prompt communication in answering my questions and addressing my concerns, this was the best experience I had in touring nearly a dozen local apartments.

  The community is well-kept, and whenever I needed maintenance, the response was quick and professional. A special shoutout to the maintenance man—he was always friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job fixing any issues. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and that made a big difference in my experience. Thank you for the great service!
