  We worked remotely with Caitlin True, which has the potential to be a wild ride for everyone, but I can say without reservation Caitlin made it a wonderful experience. While professional and insightful about the market she was equally enthusiastic about our search. We weren’t in town for walkthrough or closing but she took us on a thorough video walking tour. From first notifying us about a house in the market that fit our criteria to closing, she was there ever step of the way. We couldn’t be happier.

  During my lifetime we have bought and sold a number of properties around the country. The level of knowledge, professionalism and follow up by Colleen is unmatched. Even post closing Colleen did some detailed research for me without question. Her rating is 5 star plus.

  We signed a contract for a condo during Christmas break, place came with two off street parking spots. During the time we were there we weren't able to park in parking spots and because of parking issues our brand new Yukon was hit by another condo owners guest and we are still months later trying to get the situation dealt with. Engel and Volkers was not helpful at all in giving us any money back for time we spent during our vacation with police, for not having parking spots available to us as paying guests who signed a contract and were no help regarding the situation...doubtful they have alleviated the issue with parking either so I would be very careful with renting from there moving forward if you are planning on trying to off street park.
