  I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and a good rating. I enjoyed living here for the most part, but that’s only because I lived with my best friend. There’s just so many small things that added up, to makes me feel obligated to leave this review. 1. Potholes never filled. There has been 1 huge and 1 ever growing pothole in the parking lot (photo attached). It has been there since I moved in. 2. Maintenance couldn’t properly install a toilet arm. I’m sure they’re overworked and underpaid… however, we had 3 broke toilet arms in 2 months. They used a small plastic arm for the toilet. 3. The paint in the bathroom isn’t proper for humidity, so the ceilings and walls turn yellow and we have to clean it weekly. 4. Silverfish in the bathroom 5. They raised the rent ~ $150 a month from 2024 to 2025, then if you renewed for another year it was $200 more a month. However, it you did a contract 7 months or less they DOUBLED the rent to $4000/month. For NO changes. We got priced out and had to move. It would most likely been cheaper to move to a different unit (same floor plan) at the complex than renew our existing unit. 6. Two in one washer/dryer in unit. Pipes backed up frequently and would find lint and debris in the bathtub after utilizing the machine. 7. Forced to get a spectrum internet plan in the middle of our lease through them. The charge constantly was late on their portal. Also, the quality of our internet drastically dropped while the price increased. Had to reset the router almost weekly. 8. Treadmill with a broken pad the entire time I lived there. For a bit there was an “out of order sign” on it said it would be repaired. Eventually the sign was removed and it was never repaired. 9. On our move out inspection while not charged, there were multiple comments of “urine stains” on the rugs. we did not have a pet. Overall, this place is fine. It felt safe, good location, parking was free. However, all these little things added up. This is the most expensive place I’ve lived and it had the most issues. I think the property managers are doing the best they ca n, but the owners of Solomon Organization is causing increased prices and worst conditions. Avoid Solomon properties in the area if you don’t want crazy increases in rent.
