  I'm writing to share my experience living at An Eagle Rock apartment for the past few years. Overall, I've had a positive experience, appreciating the amenities and services provided. The location has been convenient, and I've enjoyed the community atmosphere from corporate to property management and maintenance staff members are a team and there priority is safety and pet friendly.

  I am truly a blessed woman at this time. By the Grace of God and with the assistance of Mr. Martinez I am now a resident in the Huntington area where I am employed, enjoying what I do for the community. Greatly appreciate Eaglerock Properties for the opportunity. Process has been amazing!!!!!

  The process of renting one of these apartments was a horrible experience. Unskilled employees and rude. The price for renting is very high for the quality and minuscule size. They impose fees to every tenant prior to moving in for painting and cleaning and the duty was never fulfilled. Upon vacating they again charge you astronomical daily fees if your Notice of Vacancy is not submitted within 60 days. Your 60 day reminder notice is sent to you a few days prior causing you to make a quick decision and uncertainty. They try to eat up all of your security deposit for unnecessary amenities. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone! Do your research and read the reviews so you know what you’re dealing with!

  Nobody can be reached by phone or email to schedule viewing these apartments. Imagine if you lived here and had a problem - what a nightmare. I've called them dozens of times for weeks
