  I was a resident here for almost 5 years. The area was very well maintained and the atmosphere was always positive. I had a pleasant experience with the staff, especially Mario, Annette and Victor! They were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I moved back to the area.

  My 14 months of living here was an amazing experience. From the initial phone inquiry with Mario to in-between interactions with Annette and Victor, my experience went well. The neighborhood is clean, quiet has plenty of parking. It’s conveniently located near lots of grocery stores and restaurants. The Roosevelt Field Mall is only a 15 minute drive away and the Hicksville LIRR station is about a mile from the property. I genuinely can’t find anything negative to say about my experience. Thank you for a wonderful living experience.

  I was a resident at Eagle Rock Hicksville for a little over 4 years. I found Eagle Rock to be very clean, quiet and convenient for travel. The Eagle Rock staff was amazing. Always pleasant and friendly, especially Mario. Mario was always pleasant, friendly and willing to help in any way necessary to make sure tenants had a pleasant experience. Mario and Annette always went above and beyond for every tenant. If you ever had any questions or concerns you knew Mario would get back to you promptly with the proper answers. That’s what I am going to miss most about Eagle Rock, the staff. Especially Mario

  Fantastic Experience with Annette from start to finish! During my move from 1 Bed Room to 2 Bed Room within Eagle Rock Jericho. Annette was warm, responsive, always quick to answer questions - going the above beyond to make the process smooth. The Apartment was spotless and perfectly located. The entire team was very respectful and responsive in addressing any open issues. Special Thanks to Jose and Victor always being helpful and courteous and to Mario for continuous support with administrative matters. Highly recommended EagleRock - great team and excellent service. I love staying here again. Improvements: Laundry Facilities

  Mario is an outstanding maintenance technician and has always provided excellent service. He is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Whenever I have needed assistance, he has responded promptly and made sure the job was done right. He takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. It's great having someone so reliable and hardworking at the apartment complex. Thank you, Mario, for all that you do!
