  Unfortunately this is not a positive comment. I am sharing my honest experience to help anyone looking for a comfort place to live: 1. With regard to smoking free building, I would say it’s an overly confident statement. I spoke to a few residents who have lived here for 2+ years, they mentioned the smoking is a constant problem. I also smelled people using weed right outside the building. Residence who on the 1st floor might be suffering from it. 2. The gym is relatively small but equipment is modern and well maintained 3. The hallway smells stale and stuffy. The team should work on ventilation. And the carpet is really dirty with several large stains. 4. The hallway smells stale and stuffy. I won’t be a future resident, just taking the moment to share as I wish I could read something real about the location from different perspectives.

  Pedro is a hard working gentleman very respectful, helpful, always take off your shoes when entering the apartment and clean up after his mess.

  Metro 303 is a beautiful, clean apartment complex. I love the amenities. I am very happy living there!
