  I loved living here at Florent. Great building and great amenities. The highlight was the tram here at Florent. Elisa is a gem and is so friendly and helps you with whatever you need. She has helped with numerous things here in my 12 months living here. The front desk staff are always friendly and amazing. If you need something fixed it’s done within 24 hours. Can’t speak highly enough.

  I wanted to share how wonderful our experience has been working with Elisa during our search for a new apartment. From our first meeting, she was patient, thorough, and genuinely attentive to what we were looking for. Elisa took the time to walk us through every detail, answered all of our questions clearly, and never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She also provided great options that reflected our needs while selling our house, which made the entire process feel smooth and encouraging. Elisa made a meaningful difference in what can often be a stressful search. We cannot thank her enough and are happy to call Florent (which is absolutely stunning) our new home!

  We love this apartment complex, the past 6 months we haven’t had any issues!! Elisa in leasing office has made everything so easy, along with the rest of the staff.

  I absolutely love living here! The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. What really makes this place special, though, is the incredible staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. They are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely amazing people. It’s rare to find a place where the team is this attentive and welcoming. I honestly can’t imagine a better place to live!
