  We purchased a home 2 yrs ago. That process went well. We have general issues to the home in the beginning water leaking through vents was the biggest issue. They came to address and fix that. The 2 stars comes from after their warranty was up. We have 2 walls I’ve been trying for months and several calls in that we would like to fix that had scratches on it. All I am looking for is how much the panel would be. Didn’t expect them to pay or install a new one. They always say they’ll look into it and NEVER CALL back. If I would have known this is how they treat their customers after a warranty I wouldn’t have even bought one from them. I shouldn’t have to constantly chase someone to get an answer.

  We worked with Peter Ryan to design and create a custom chalet cape home for a family camp. Peter was patient and knowledgeable, other team members were also very helpful in selecting the right trim and window packages that made the home stand out. Ritz craft was the builder, all in they have been good, set crew was top notch. With any issues we have had during the finishing phase Clayton homes has been very responsive. Ritz craft is slow to send parts but we’ve managed.
