  Lance Baumgartner, within the first hour of meeting him, I felt welcomed and was presented with kindness and professional Advice. And with this excellent advice and much appreciated patience he’s moving us towards are new home. Lance has helped make this Experience less stressful and more exciting.. I highly recommend coming in to see Mr. Baumgertner for a home for you today!!!

  i will start off by saying Peter Ryan is by far the best rep i've ever worked with for anything which is why im going to raise my review to a 2 star from a 1 star. After 6 months of being in this home here is my recommendation. We've had non-stop issues regarding this home. Not only did the building process get dragged on and delayed due to a miscommunication between Clayton Homes and their land work contractor but they also left out filling in an old septic that was requested numerous times during the planning process. The septic work was left out of the planned land work despite it being mentioned several times and have documentation showing it was an error on their part. When confronted about it they eventually agreed to come back out and fill in the old septic after a long drawn out conversation with their management. To date, they have not done this. We ended up having to pay out of pocket to get the old septic pumped and filled in. The yard fill that was used was incredibly dry and filled with as many large rocks as humanely possible making mowing or even grass growth incredibly impossible. we ended up hiring a contractor to level the front yard (they also filled in our septic due to Clayton not fulfilling their promise) and were told several times that Clayton did us no favors with the fill that was used on the land. We were told that we would be lucky if grass even ended up growing back with how poor quality the fill was. To cap all of this off, not a direct Clayton Homes issue but it is who they had install the central air, we've had our AC company out there 4 times now in 6 months to get the AC fixed because it wasnt installed properly, fan barely blowing anything through the vents and none of the air was cold. Overall, i pray your experience with them goes far better than our experience did.
