  A shout out to the maintenance team for two issues that we had arise within the same time period.  John came by to assess the issues and when the remedies did not work, even though we thought they would, he was great continuing to troubleshoot the situations.  Wayne and Benny (maintenance manager) came by to help with the troubleshooting, as well.  All three were professional and we appreciated that both issues were taken care of.

  Jay and Brandon are the best! They come through and fix what needed to get fixed and are always communicative. They never make me feel like a burden, always feel heard, and their work speaks for itself! It makes staying here feel that much better. Keep and promote!

  I have lived here for about 3 years and have always been happy with maintenance. They are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable . Dawn in the office has also been incredibly helpful!
