  Associa, particularly Cindy and Bridget, has been incredibly responsive and professional at Overlook. All of our issues get addressed and resolved expeditiously.

  I can only speak to my experience. I spoke to two representatives today, both of whom were very helpful, professional, and responsive to my inquiries. However, Arthur was able to answer all of my questions, promptly emailed requested information, and directed me to additional available resources.

  This associa company only does one thing efficiently and that’s collecting their dues, this association has demonstrated significant negligence in property maintenance. Extensive water damage due to neglected roof maintenance has rendered our condo uninhabitable, forcing my family to live in severely compromised conditions for the past four months. This includes my son, who has been directly affected by the mold resulting from the water damage. The association's negligence has resulted in thousands of dollars in out of pocket expenses for repairs, increased utility bills, and alternative living arrangements. My electric bill is through the roof (litterally) because I have no ceilings to keep the air in. I have to wrap my son in a heated blanket at night. It took four months to file an insurance claim due to their lack of knowledge of the policy. This association should take responsibility for their negligence and provide fair compensation for the damages and hardships endured. This is not being handled with any sense of urgency. There are so many other effects from this that I’m also not including to keep this short.

  The absolute worst property Management around. I have been in my Condo less then two years and have already had two major floods from the common lines they refuse to address. Deal with the Property Manager Meredith Loredo is like dealing with Rumplestiltskin. Nothing by lies tricks and misdirection. The original flood happened on 9/11/25 and as of this posting the cause has yet to be remedied. HOA are bad for America in the first place but this one takes the cake the candle and the party.
