  The absolute worst property Management around. I have been in my Condo less then two years and have already had two major floods from the common lines they refuse to address. Deal with the Property Manager Meredith Loredo is like dealing with Rumplestiltskin. Nothing by lies tricks and misdirection. The original flood happened on 9/11/25 and as of this posting the cause has yet to be remedied. HOA are bad for America in the first place but this one takes the cake the candle and the party.

  Incompetent, unprofessional, no managerial skills, does not address issues, makes mistakes with ACH & tries to charge late fees. So happy our Board has terminated their service. THE WORST BEWARE I have filed a complaint with the BBB
