  I spoke with Erika today and she was amazing to deal with! I was never able to get into the online payment system for my HOA fee - as much as I would try. My payment ended up always being late and after trying for days - I would finally just mail it in! She send me a link - which looked like an entirely different site - with screens I had not ever seen before. I obviously was using an old site connection. She stayed with me on the line and made sure I was able to get through and make my payment! It worked like a charm - and I am going to save this new link for future payments. I also requested some information regarding work I was wondering about on my unit that was free and state funded. She was kind enough to forward all of the necessary information and instructions on how to request permission/information from Associa. Erika was very sweet and very helpful and it was a pleasure working with her. Past experiences calling the Associa office have not been so successful. Thank you Erika! You made my day!

  Gwendolyn was great on the phone today and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed or like I was being hurried off the phone. She was patient, professional, and very helpful. Hopefully, I will hear a follow-up from the appropriate department soon. Overall, my experience with customer service was excellent—10/10!

  I just spoke with Guen, a representative for Associa, regarding unjustified and accumulating late fees. She handled my case diligently and expedited it to the billing department for review. I am hopeful that Billing will handle this correctly and remove the unwarranted late/collection fees, as I have been consistently paying my HOA fees early for 27 years.

  I had the pleasure of working with Kendell who is with Associa Customer Support. I had previously called a few times and no one took the time to explain anything to me except Kendell. She was professional, courteous and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you Kendell!
