- SLSabrina LApr 23, 20261.0Highview Manor leaves A LOT to be desired, especially at $1600 monthly rent for a 1BR. Its quite ridiculous. They don't update the doorbell so you know who to ring and management admits to not updating them in years. Many items are left unfinished in apartments. The streets are dark and hard to maneuver at night. They dont notify residents when water is being shut off. Railings on stairwells are missing. Carpert is not fully installed. Fridge parts remain "on order" for months and are not fixed. The management is awful here. I would not recommend this property to anyone until they get their lazy bullshit figured out. Edited to add: can someone explain why this apartment complex supposedly holds the first two months of utilities, just to charge you for it when you move out? Something is not adding up here. This just doesn't make any sense to me. I don't recall seeing it in the lease.

- SSSarahMar 21, 20265.0I had a great experience with maintenance (Dan G)! Even though it was a Saturday, he arrived incredibly fast after I put in the request, which I really appreciated. Not only was he quick, but he was also very friendly and professional the entire time. Even though I thought there was a problem and it turned out there wasn’t, he still double—if not triple—checked everything to make sure it was all okay, which really put my mind at ease. He made sure everything was taken care of efficiently and explained things clearly. It’s always a relief when someone is both skilled and kind—definitely a very positive experience!
