Just moved into Town Center one week ago, and absolutely no complaints so far! The apartments are spacious (especially the kitchens) and full of natural light, and the location really is top notch. Two grocery stores within half a mile, lots of restaurants and take out options near by, and of course, the two restaurants on the property. Addressing some of the negative comments in other reviews. Parking is fine! If you were in the two mixed use buildings, you might not get a spot right in front of your building, but there are multiple lots with ample space. Saying that one is circling the lot for 40 minutes to find parking seems inaccurate and wee bit dramatic. I’m in the building that’s further back from the turnpike, so I can’t speak to the road noise in the other buildings, but my building is very quiet. I don’t hear the turnpike at all, and my neighbors are also quiet and respectful. I can hear some noise from upstairs neighbors walking, but that’s to be expected in complexes and nothing excessive. Lastly, Diana in the leasing office went out of her way to be on-site for our weekend out of state move-in and is very kind. I’d definitely recommend Town Center!

Review Update — Town Center 20 Since my original review, I’ve noticed positive changes, particularly in the upkeep of the building and grounds. Monica has been a wonderful addition to the maintenance team. She is personable, professional, and takes pride in keeping things clean and tidy. She has also helped me better understand some of the processes involved in maintaining the community. I recently had an HVAC issue that took considerable time to resolve. While the process had its challenges, I’m glad it was ultimately addressed, and I appreciate Diana White and Ryan Burke’s involvement in seeing it through. With time and perspective, I’ve realized that adjusting to change can be difficult, especially after becoming accustomed to a certain routine and level of overall communication. I was very comfortable with the way Melanie Diamond managed things, so the transition took some adjustment. A neighbor recently said that although Town Center 20 is expensive, they really like living here. That resonated with me because, ultimately, I do like living here. I will continue to advocate for myself when necessary while recognizing that policies, procedures, and timelines are part of managing a community. There are still pros and cons, and I stand by my original review, but I am happier with the overall care and upkeep of the property and wanted to acknowledge the positive changes. Past Review*** It honestly pains me to give my complex a 1-star review, but the upkeep of the buildings and overall care for residents has noticeably declined since Melanie Diamond left in November 2025. I consistently pay my rent on time, and if I didn’t, I’m certain I’d receive prompt communication. I’m simply asking for that same level of courtesy when it comes to addressing resident concerns. I’ve sent multiple emails—both complaints and even positive feedback (like praising the snow removal team this past winter)—and most go unanswered. Pros: The location is convenient and accessible via public transportation. It’s within walking distance to local stores and restaurants, making a car optional. The area itself is lovely, with walking trails, and the neighbors are generally kind, quiet, and hardworking. Cons: Management feels largely absent. The dog park is small, and the noise from the nearby highway and restaurants is constant. Parking is extremely difficult—especially during restaurant hours and in the winter—and my car has been hit multiple times. The $75 monthly “technology fee” is supposed to include functional front-door access systems, yet maintenance staff have said the devices haven’t even been installed. The buildings are also poorly insulated—you can hear everything. There’s been a noticeable decline in general upkeep. Trash and debris aren’t picked up regularly like they used to be, and cigarette butts are everywhere. For nearly $3,000 a month for a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, basic property maintenance shouldn’t feel like a stretch—it should be standard. I understand property management isn’t easy, and I respect the work that goes into it. I’m just asking for fairness, responsiveness, and basic upkeep. I truly hope things improve and will gladly update this review if they do.

Best place to live. The buildings are very secure, grounds are beautiful and kept up, inside is always clean and the maintenance staff are very friendly, prompt and professional. The office staff too. We plan on staying for a long time.

My partner and I moved in almost two months ago, and we absolutely love it here! The location is perfect—just a few minutes away from all essential stores—making everything super convenient. The property also feels very secure, which gives us great peace of mind. ****Update****: My partner and I actually chose to break our lease and leave early because this place became completely disastrous. Ever since the new restaurants opened, parking is a total disaster. You will easily wait 20 minutes just to park at your own home, and management couldn't care less. Noise complaints are completely ignored. Whether it is drunk people screaming and throwing up in the parking lot (which is left for rain to wash it away) or a loud upstairs neighbor keeping you awake all night, management’s only response is that they "spoke to them," but nothing ever changes. On top of that, my car was hit three times in two months in their lot because of restaurant patrons, and I was told nothing could be done to prevent more damage. To top off this absolute nightmare, they hiked the rent for a one-bedroom from around $1900 to almost $2700. Raising rent by $800 while the property actively goes to ruin is predatory. Its obvious that the owners care way more about making a profit from their commercial venues than they do about ensuring their residents are taken care of. Do not move here if you value your peace of mind or your wallet.

There is no respect for quiet hours here. You will be woken up in the morning very early by maintenance. The “soundproof” windows are not soundproof at all - you can clearly hear the noise of Columbia turnpike, and all work they do outside.
