  Kate, was awesome in putting my Father at ease during our tour. We toured about 15 other apartments and we got different attitudes. Kate was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. She even made move in smooth. My Father is very happy here. He had to relocate from where he lived for over 30 years do to health issues and was not feeling it. Kate answered all his questions and answered all my phone calls. She was indeed very accommodating. This was a great experience.

  It will be two years since I moved into this complex, and I love that it is peaceful and clean here. Kate is amazing and always willing to help with anything that is needed I truly love her. I am also very pleased with how swiftly maintenance comes to fix any issue you are having. I am truly blessed to have found this place to call home. I would definitely recommend anyone to look into living here.

  Moving to Bunt Commons II has been extremely positive. Kate Bosch is so helpful and responds quickly when assistance is needed. The complex is well kept, with encouragement to all to maintain high standards. Looking forward to summer BBQ and sitting outside.

  Bunt Commons is a wonderful facility - it is very clean and well kept. The staff work hard to keep the landscaping and facilities looking great! Kate is very responsive and concerned about the wellbeing of the residents and is a pleasure to deal with. The maintenance staff respond in a timely manner to any requests and work hard and also care about the residents. This a wonderful place and am very happy here.

  They have excellent management, they give you information when you need and if they don’t know the answer they will get it for you. The maintenance is excellent also they don’t make you wait they come and fix the issue as soon as they get the work order. We love it here.
