  Good communication at first when you are interested in renting. Overall experience has been a step up from large apartment complexes or the standard renting experience. A big plus is that a lot of their units are pet friendly which is great, they don't fleece you on pet rent/fees. Gilda is great and has put up with me from coming from out-of-state (lots of questions). There were some thing that I wish went smoother, or that there was follow through on some things that were said (e.g. setting up a tour virtually). Another plus is that Veno Properties seems to be very modern having a good tenant portal and various ways to pay for rent.

  I unfortunately had a situation with a mouse that was coming in from the crawl space. I contacted Maintenance and they immediately dispatched Justice to resolve the issue. He showed up early, was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and friendly. I was very impressed with his abilities. He checked every inch of my apartment and found a small hole in the closet. He sealed and boarded it. He found the dead mouse in a trap was set behind my night stand. He removed it and cleaned the area. He went downstairs and placed mice food that will instantly kill them. He told me he was going to plug the hole at the point of entry. I'm very happy as I have not an issue since then. Thank you Justice!
